How does it work?

  • Choose your menu and beverages from our website.

  • Make your request online or reach out through WhatsApp.

  • The day of your booking, the chef & team from Kuu will arrive (generally 2 hours in advance) with everything necessary for the meal.

  • Food, drinks, plating, and service are all taken care of. 

  • The Kuu team will clean and leave the kitchen spotless. 

What does this service include?

  • The food menu, depending on your selection. 

  • The drinks & beverages, depending on your selection (we will only serve drinks & beverages purchased from Kuu). 

  • Table set-up in your house, villa, or apartment. We supply all plates, silverware, and glasses. 

  • Printed menus. 

  • Service during the full meal. 

  • Cleaning of the dishes + kitchen area.

  • Transportation fee (Denpasar area). 


For how many people may I book?

You may book online from 4 to 20 people, above this number of guests please contact us for more inquiries.

May I book “Kuu At Home” if I have special dietary needs or allergies?

Of course! Our team of Japanese-trained chefs will tailor any needs in advance, please be sure to specify them at the time of your booking.

Are you following new protocols following Covid-19?

Our “Kuu At Home” culinary team respects the strictest hygiene standards, and is adapting to this new situation. Face masks are worn at all times, the food items are pre-packaged in sealed containers and travel in ice-chests. All sensible surfaces will be disinfected before, during, and after the meal.

How long in advance do I need to book?

Due to the preparation and logistics of “Kuu At Home” we ask that you book at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you for your comprehension.

Menu Options

  • Sakura Menu – 600k per person - view menu

  • Izakaya Menu – 800k per person - view menu

  • ​Omakase menu – 1 mill per person - view menu

Beverage Options

  • Sake Pairing (5 cups) – 400k per person 

  • Cocktail Pairing (5 glasses) – 500k per person

  • A La carte – Choose freely from our drink list

  • Transportation fee is included for all Denpasar area.

  • If you reside outside of Denpasar area, a flat rate of 500k will be added to your bill for transportation fees. 


  • 4-6 guests: 1 Chef & 1 Maître D’ 

  • 7-14 guests: 2 Chefs & 1 Maître D’ + 1 Waiter

  • 15-20 : 2 Chefs & 1 Maître D’ + 2 Waiters

  • Above 20 : Please contact us


  • Our staff will arrive fully dressed in uniforms and ready to serve you.

Staff Meal

  • Lunchboxes will be prepared prior to our arrival, at no extra cost to our clients. Our staff will take a 30 min break before start of service.

Loading Letter

  • Upon leaving the premises, our staff will present the client with a “loading letter”, consisting of all Kuu equipment packed and returning to the restaurant, to be signed in 2 copies (1 for the client and 1 for the restaurant) to ensure no personal items are removed from the property. 

Tax & Service Charge

  • All prices are subject to 15,5% government tax and service charge. 


  • Should a guest become intoxicated during the event, or should any injury occur as a result of said intoxication or otherwise, we are in no way responsible for damages occurred. 


  • Upon booking we require a 50% deposit, upon which you will get a first receipt. 

  • Final payment must be done before or on the day of the event, final receipt will then be issued.  

  • Cancellation may be done up to 48 hrs. in advance, upon which deposit will be refunded. After this delay, the deposit will not be refunded. 


  • Upon arrival and upon departure, our team members will take pictures of the kitchen area, as to ensure the cleanliness of the space before and after, as well as to replace all kitchen items & utensils in their correct location.

  • All dishwashing will be done by Kuu team members. 

  • We are not responsible for the sweeping/cleaning of the floor or dining area, though we will ensure that the dining table is kept neat at all times during the service. 


  • In case of excessive breakage by the client, representing 500k worth of equipment or above, the broken material will be charged.
